Keep it petty. Keep it kind.
Friend Group Court is for harmless group-chat disputes—not serious accusations or real-world danger.

Emergency? Do not file a case. Contact local emergency services or a qualified person who can help. Friend Group Court does not monitor cases as an emergency channel.
Good cases
- Who finished the snacks and did not replace them?
- Who was unreasonably late to the group dinner?
- Whose playlist hijack crossed the line?
- Other low-stakes disputes where everyone understands the joke.
Never file these
- Threats, violence, abuse, coercion, stalking, harassment, bullying, hate, or sexual content.
- Real allegations about crimes, safety, employment, finances, housing, health, legal rights, or mental health.
- Cases about real minors or content that identifies, sexualizes, targets, or endangers a minor.
- Addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, medical data, intimate material, or other private information.
- Anything intended to shame, organize harassment, punish, extort, or make a binding decision about someone.
Before sharing
Use nicknames or roles rather than real names. Remove identifying evidence. Ask whether everyone involved would reasonably understand the context as harmless. Share the unlisted link only with intended jurors and assume that any recipient can forward it.
Reporting
Every cloud case room includes a report control. Choose the clearest reason and provide only the details needed for review. For advertising concerns, use the in-app “Report an inappropriate ad” link. For a problem you cannot report in the app, use Support.
We may hide or close a case while reviewing it. Serious or prohibited content can be removed and access may be restricted. Reports should be truthful and made in good faith.
If you are under 18
The service is intended for ages 13 and older. Do not include school schedules, locations, contact details, intimate information, or allegations about yourself or another minor. Ask a trusted adult for help with anything involving safety, pressure, threats, abuse, or private images. Teens remain ad-free under the launch configuration.
Entertainment verdicts
A verdict reflects a submitted joke-level case and aggregate votes. It is not a finding of truth, professional advice, punishment order, or permission to mistreat anyone. Paying for Docket Deluxe never affects the outcome.
Appeals to the clerk
For a moderation question, mistaken report, privacy request, or urgent service concern that is not an emergency, submit a request through Support. Include the case link only when necessary and do not paste extra private information.
